- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I met Dennis the company owner and he said all the right things - that there wouldnt be any problems but if there were they would be quickly and easily rectified. However, I have called the company over 15 times in the last 3 months and they still havent been out to fix the problem. One of their fitters dropped something on a £2000 bifold door and damaged it - when they called Dennis he simply said to the fitter - "tell them they must have done it" the fitter told us this! A door handle broke after only been used 6 times and again they blamed this on us and charge £120 to replace. They did come out twice to replace the handle but both times the fitters had the wrong parts so couldnt complete the job! For all this they charged £5,500 and we paid cash - only hope they put it all through the accounts!By honestreviews, December 19, 2019
